The Indian variant of the smartphone has been listed on the benchmarking platform with the model number V2624, revealing details about its processor, RAM and Android version. According to the listing, the phone may be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Turbo chipset. However, Vivo has not officially announced the phone's India launch date or confirmed its specifications.

Earlier, a Vivo smartphone carrying the same model number was spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website. The device was identified as the Vivo V80 FE. Its latest appearance on Geekbench has further strengthened speculation about its upcoming launch in India.

How much did the Vivo V80 FE score on Geekbench?

According to the Geekbench listing, the Indian variant of the Vivo V80 FE may feature a MediaTek MT6878 chipset, believed to be the octa-core Dimensity 7400-Turbo SoC. The processor reportedly includes four efficiency cores clocked at 2.0GHz and four performance cores clocked at 2.6GHz.

The smartphone appeared on the benchmark platform with 7.31GB of RAM, suggesting that it could be offered with 8GB of RAM in the market. The listing also mentions Android 17 as its operating system.

In the Geekbench performance tests, the Vivo V80 FE scored 911 points in the single-core test and 3,041 points in the multi-core test. However, these scores are based on the benchmark listing, and Vivo has not yet officially confirmed the processor, RAM or software details.

120Hz AMOLED display and 7,000mAh battery

The Vivo V80 FE was recently listed on Vivo's official online store in the Philippines, revealing its design and several key specifications. The smartphone may be available in two colour options in international markets: Chill Green and Sparkling Gold.

In terms of display, the phone features a 6.59-inch AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a pixel density of 459ppi. The listing mentions a peak brightness of 3,000 nits and a High Brightness Mode (HBM) brightness of up to 1,800 nits.

For performance, the international variant is expected to come with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. On the software front, it is listed with OriginOS 7, based on Android 17.

On the front, the smartphone is expected to feature a 50-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. This means users could get high-resolution cameras on both the front and rear of the device.

In terms of battery, the Vivo V80 FE is listed with a 7,000mAh battery and 90W wired fast charging support. The combination of a large battery and fast charging could be one of the key highlights of the smartphone.

However, these specifications are based on the international listing and Geekbench details. It remains unclear whether the Indian variant will feature the same configuration, particularly in terms of RAM, cameras and battery capacity.
