November 03, 2026: Vivo may soon launch a new 5G smartphone featuring an 8,000mAh battery, a 120Hz display and a Snapdragon processor. A recent report has revealed the possible specifications of the company's upcoming Vivo Y32 5G. The smartphone may be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset and could come with IP68 and IP69 ratings. However, Vivo has not yet announced the phone's price or launch date.

According to a report by Vietnamese media outlet Báo Đà Nẵng, the Vivo Y32 5G may offer several interesting features. The new model is expected to share some specifications with the Vivo Y32 4G, which was launched in Bangladesh last month. However, there could be significant differences in the processor and connectivity.

120Hz Display and Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 Processor

According to the report, the Vivo Y32 5G may feature a 6.87-inch HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 1,592 × 720 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen could offer a peak brightness of 1,300 nits. It may also receive TÜV Rheinland certification for low blue-light emissions.

For performance, the smartphone is expected to use Qualcomm's 4nm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset. It may be paired with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Users may also be able to expand the storage by up to 2TB using a microSD card. Additionally, the phone could offer 6GB of virtual RAM.

In terms of software, the Vivo Y32 5G may run Android 16-based OriginOS 6.

50MP Rear Camera and 8MP Selfie Shooter

For photography, the Vivo Y32 5G may feature a dual-camera setup on the back. It is expected to include a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary camera. On the front, the smartphone may offer an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

8,000mAh Battery With 44W Fast Charging

One of the main highlights of the smartphone could be its large 8,000mAh battery. The phone may also support 44W wired fast charging and 7.5W reverse charging.

The report further claims that the battery could retain more than 80% of its original capacity even after 1,500 charging cycles. If this claim proves accurate, the smartphone could offer improved long-term battery durability.

IP69 Rating and MIL-STD-810H Certification

The Vivo Y32 5G may come with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. The report also suggests that the smartphone could meet the MIL-STD-810H durability standard. Additionally, it may receive a five-star drop-resistance certification from SGS.

Other expected features include stereo speakers, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, NFC, Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity.

Will Vivo Y32 5G Launch in India?

According to the report, the Vivo Y32 5G may launch in a single configuration with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone could be available in two colour options: Dawn Gold and Midnight Black.

However, Vivo has not yet announced the phone's price, sale date or market availability. It is also unclear whether the Vivo Y32 5G will launch in India. For now, all the reported specifications remain unofficial, and more details are expected once the company makes an announcement.
