When compared to the previous two years, the number of passengers flying through Maharana Pratap Airport increased significantly in December. This year, the most footfall has been recorded in the month of December. 

At the same time, there is an advantage to increased flying in the winter schedule. According to Udaipur administration's monthly columns, 1 lakh 75 thousand 865 people traveled in December of 2022. Earlier in the month of November 1 lakh 44 thousand 586 passengers had traveled. 

This month was packed with events in Udaipur. The Christmas celebration and New Year's Eve were the icing on the cake. Because of the tourist season in Udaipur, both passenger footfall and aircraft travel have benefitted. Currently there are flights to Bhopal including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur and Kolkata.
