After Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur is set to shortly see the opening of another Taj property – Taj Aravali Resort & Spa in Udaipur.

The property will be based in Kodiyat. As per the Taj Group website, the property will have 125 rooms. Set in the Aravali range in north western Udaipur, the property will have a distinct Rajasthan character in it. The resort is set in 45 acres with accommodations being offered in cottages and Swiss Tents.

Guests would be able to enjoy several activities including nature walk, trekking in Aravallis and cooking session. The resort has been inspired by the local art and design and hosts an all-day dining, speciality restaurant, bar, wellness services and indoor and outdoor banqueting space.

Anand Nair has been appointed as General Manager of the soon-to-be-opened property.
