Udaipur, March 29, 2025 - Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC) hotels can now be booked through various travel websites. Earlier, this facility was only available on the RTDC website, making it difficult for domestic and international tourists to book rooms. To implement this change, RTDC has invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) from online travel companies. The EOI will be opened on April 16, 2025. Once this process is complete, RTDC hotels and services will be available for booking on travel portals, improving their visibility and marketing.

Affordable Rates Compared to Other Hotels

During weekends and festivals, most hotels increase their prices significantly. However, RTDC hotels increase their rates only during New Year and the peak tourism season, with a fixed price limit. This makes them an affordable option for tourists.

Earlier, tourists had to buy tickets for light and sound shows from counters. Now, these tickets can be booked online. In Rajasthan, these shows are organized at Kumbhalgarh Fort in Rajsamand and Chittorgarh Fort.

RTDC Hotels and Facilities

RTDC operates 30 hotels in Rajasthan, along with motels and cafeterias along highways. In Udaipur, RTDC runs Kajri Hotel, Motel Ratanpur on the Udaipur-Ahmedabad Highway, and Hotel Anand Bhawan near Fateh Sagar Lake.
