Government circular for Hajj 2026 mandates booking completion by January 15, with accommodation contracts finalised by February 1, 2026
Dec 15, 2025 - The government has issued a circular for pilgrims intending to undertake the Hajj pilgrimage in the year 2026. Union Minister of State for Minority Affairs Kiren Rijiju said that, as per the timeline set by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, accommodation service contracts must be finalised by February 1, 2026. For this purpose, it is mandatory to complete the booking process on or before January 15, 2026.
