Extra Coaches on Udaipur Trains for Summer Rush
Temporary coach additions announced on key Udaipur routes starting May 1, 2025

Udaipur, April 29, 2025 - In view of the upcoming summer vacation and the wedding season, and to ensure passenger convenience, Indian Railways has decided to temporarily increase the number of coaches in four trains running to and from Udaipur in the coming days.
Udaipur-Jaipur Intercity Express: From May 1 to May 31, 2025, two Second Chair Car coaches and one General Class coach will be temporarily added.
Jaipur-Udaipur Holiday Special: From Jaipur, one General Class coach will be added - May 1 to May 31; and from Udaipur - May 2 to June 1.
Chetak Express (Udaipur to Delhi Sarai Rohilla): From Delhi Sarai Rohilla, one Second AC and two Third AC coaches will be added - May 1 to May 31; and from Udaipur - May 2 to June 1.
Udaipur-Asarwa Train: One General Class coach will be temporarily added from Udaipur City - from May 1 to May 31; and from Asarwa - May 2 to June 1.
