Udaipur, April 15, 2025: In the matter of the deliberations related to cancellation of Haj quota for private operators on allegations of non payment of charges in time, the visit by the Secretary of the Ministry of Minorities to Saudi has resulted in some leverage. The Saudi authorities released 10000 more seats for the upcoming Haj pilgrimage in the second week of June 2025.

In the midst of these deliberations, however, the Haj Committee of India has given the final flights schedules for selected embarkation points. The first flights to Saudi from India will begin on April 29 and the last flight to Jeddah will be on May 30. The individual pilgrims will be informed of their flight dates after the allocation of dates is done based on fixed automated criteria. Flight Schedule for selected embarkation points will be as follows:

Jaipur

• The first flight from Jaipur will take off at 06:10pm on May 1, 2025.
• The flights from Jaipur will operate between May 1-8, 2025.
• Outward Flights from Jaipur will arrive at Madina and Inward Flights to Jaipur will depart from Jeddah.
• The last flight from Jaipur will take off at midnight on May 8, 2025.
• The first inward flight from Jeddah to Jaipur will land at 7am on June 17, 2025.
• The last inward flight from Jeddah to Jaipur will land at 7am on June 29, 2025.

Mumbai

Due to the high number of pilgrims embarking at Mumbai, flights will operate in two phases.

• Phase 1 (Mumbai - Madina - Jeddah - Mumbai) 30 flights each leg.
  • First Outward flight to Madina: 0505pm on April 29.
  • First Inward flight from Jeddah: 0525am on June 13.
  • Last Outward flight to Madina: 0230am on May 15.
  • Last Inward flight from Jeddah: 0225am on June 27. 
• Phase 2 (Mumbai - Jeddah - Madina - Mumbai) 43 flights each leg.
  • First Outward flight to Jeddah: 0555am on May 16.
  • First Inward flight from Madina: 0110am on June 28.
  • Last Outward flight to Jeddah: 1105am on May 30.
  • Last Inward flight from Madina: 0825pm on July 9.

Ahmedabad

Flights to Saudi from Ahmedabad will also operate in two phases.

  • First Inward flight from Jeddah: 1100am on June 15.
  • Last Outward flight to Madina: 0740am on May 13.
  • Last Inward flight from Jeddah: 0525am on June 26. 
• Phase 2 (Ahmedabad - Jeddah - Madina - Ahmedabad) 43 flights each leg.
  • First Outward flight to Jeddah: 0105am on May 14.
  • First Inward flight from Madina: 1100am on June 27.
  • Last Outward flight to Jeddah: 1230am on May 31.
  • Last Inward flight from Madina: 0505am on July 9.

Hyderabad

The first flight will be on April 29 from Hyderabad to Madina. There will be seven flights from Hyderabad till Madina between April 29 till May 13. From May 17 onwards the flights will operate between Hyderabad and Jeddah. There will be 24 flights to Jeddah between May 17-29, with maximum flights on May 20.
