On Tuesday, September 3,2024, heavy rain disrupted flight operations at Maharana Pratap Airport, leading to significant delays in the arrival and departure of two flights.

Air India's flight 91695 from Ahmedabad to Udaipur was affected by the bad weather. The flight, originally scheduled to arrive at 11:35 AM, was delayed by 4 hours and 20 minutes, finally landing at 4:20 PM. The return flight from Udaipur to Ahmedabad, which was supposed to depart at 12:45 PM, eventually took off at 4:55 PM.

Similarly, Air India's flight 91696 from Delhi to Udaipur also faced delays. This flight, scheduled to arrive at 2:30 PM, reached Udaipur at 7:03 PM, a delay of 4 hours and 30 minutes. The departure from Udaipur to Delhi, initially set for 4:15 PM, was postponed to 8:27 PM.

The heavy rain and resulting delays caused inconvenience to passengers traveling on these routes.
