Regular international flights are likely to resume operations soon. It has been stated that once most of the world’s population is inoculated, normal international flights will conveniently be able to resume operations.

The government officials stated that international flights might resume operations around April-June. The announcement has come after the announcement of extension of suspension of international flights till Feb 28th.

Resuming international flights depends a lot on the response of other countries and their travel demands, but flight bubbles with many countries could be looked at in the initial stage.

India has air bubble agreement with 23 countries which includes UK and USA. It may be noted that this type of arrangement allows nationals of both countries to travel in either direction.
