Khajuraho-Udaipur-Khajuraho Special from October 8
Khajuraho-Udaipur-Khajuraho Special will run twice a week - between October 8 and November 20 - to cope with the festive rush
UdaipurTimes, Oct 5, 2026 - Indian Railways has introduced a special train for the upcoming festive season between Udaipur and Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh twice a week to manage with the increased passenger rush.
Train No. 04141 Khajuraho–Udaipur Special will operate from October 8 to November 19, 2026. It will depart from Khajuraho at 8:00 pm every Monday and Thursday and arrive at Udaipur at 5:50 pm the following day.
Train No. 04142 Udaipur–Khajuraho Special will operate from October 9 to November 20, 2026. It will depart from Udaipur City station at 10:00 pm every Tuesday and Friday and arrive at Khajuraho at 8:00 pm the following day.
On its route, the train will stop at Rana Pratap Nagar, Mavli, Kapasan, Chittorgarh (Chanderiya), Bundi, Keshorai Patan, Sawai Madhopur, Gangapur City, Shri Mahaveerji, Bayana, Agra Cantt, Dholpur, Gwalior, Jhansi, Tikamgarh, Khargapur, Chhatarpur and Dayadara stations.
