The festival of lights is just a week away from now. People will be travelling to visit their family and relatives. Especially the ones who live away from family due to employment demands, festival season is the time for reunion.

Trains are the most frequented mode of transport. People prefer travelling by trains when they travel with family or in groups. Since this year the festival may not witness too much of movement, yet train travel is quite likely. Keeping this in mind, the North-Western Railways decided to increase the number of coaches on Udaipur-Jaipur-Udaipur route as this is one of the most travelled route.

The increase in the number of coaches is only for the festive season. Coaches have been increased in the 2nd class chair car category. The mandatory norms will be followed and safety measures will be taken care of.

2 bogies have been added in train number 09623 Udaipur-Jaipur for 7th November. 2 have been added to train 09624 Jaipur-Udaipur (11th November). Similarly 1 extra bogie for train number 02991 Udaipur-Jaipur (7th November) and 1 extra bogie in train 02992 Jaipur-Udaipur have been added.
