Non-availability of evening flights from Udaipur to Jaipur and Delhi has become a major issue for a lot of people. The issue of inconvenience caused by the closure of these important flights has been raised by pubic representatives, political party leaders, businessmen and other officers. It has been brought to notice that people who are suddenly required to attend meetings in Jaipur or Delhi and who need to get back in town the same day or early next day are finding it impossible to manage with the closure of these evening flights.

As informed by the Director of Udaipur airport, the Airport Authority of India (AAI) has been forwarded the proposal for re-starting these flights.
