India’s premier luxury train, Palace on Wheels has started its trip for the Sept-Dec season this year.

The train ride that gives a once in a lifetime experience of living the royal life of a maharaja, comes at an estimated cost for the journey at around Rs 7,56,000 with the ticket prices starting around Rs 51,900.

The train starts from Delhi and after taking passengers through Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Chittorgarh, Ranthambore National Park, Udaipur, Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, and Agra returns back to Delhi. The passengers get down at these places to witness Rajput princedoms, UNESCO world heritage sites and world-class monuments.

The 7N/8D journey is soaked in royalness with incredible ethnic decor and royalty laden hospitality. The train has 14 guest carriages and carries around 88 guests in each trip.

• September, 2018 – Dates: 5, 12, 19 26
• October, 2018 – Dates: 3, 10, 17, 24, 31
• November, 2018 – Dates: 7, 14, 21, 28
• December, 2018 – Dates: 5, 12, 19, 26
