Chetak Express and the Udaipur – Jalpaigudi trains, both from and to Udaipur, have been cancelled for the date window between 17 – 24 August.  This has been done to accommodate the maintenance work taking place at Jaipur Railway station.

Major train route disruption is expected during this window, as non-interlocking works at Jaipur Railway station will take place between 15-27 August.

In all, 66 trains will be scheduled for cancellation on different days, till 27 August, following updates from Jaipur.

Chetak Express (Running between Udaipur to Delhi Sarai Rohilla) has been affected for the period between 17-24 August. The train plying from Udaipur to Delhi-Sarai Rohilla will not operate between 17-24 August, while the train leaving Delhi Sarai Rohilla and reaching Udaipur will be cancelled for the period 18-24 August.

Udaipur-Jalpaigudi (Running between Udaipur to Jalpaigudi, West Bengal) will be affected for the period between 17-26 August.  As per information made available, the train running from Udaipur to Jalpaigudi will not operate between 17-24 August, while the train running from Jalpaigudi to Udaipur will not operate between 19-26 August.
