In anticipation of the upcoming Holi festivities, the railways have taken proactive measures to accommodate the surge in passenger demand. Commencing from March 1 to April 1, 2024, a temporary increase of 11 coaches has been incorporated into 7 pairs of trains, totaling 14 trains, running to and from Udaipur.
This strategic arrangement aims to alleviate the strain on the existing passenger capacity during the festive season. The decision to augment the number of coaches is expected to provide considerable relief to travellers.
As of now, tickets for regular trains departing from Udaipur in March are readily available. However, for the weekly trains, it is noteworthy that AC services will be operational in Sleeper and Third AC during the first week of March.
