Railways Hears Passenger Grievances at Rail Jan Samvad in Udaipur

UdaipurTimes, Oct 22, 2026 - As part of the special “Rail Jan Samvad” (Railway Public Dialogue) campaign organised by Indian Railways, a special programme was held on Thursday, October 22, at Udaipur City Railway Station under the chairmanship of Vikas Bura, Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), Ajmer.
The event was attended by Regional Officer Awadhesh Kumar, CDO Divyanshu Jain, ADSTE Satyendra Malotiya and various railway supervisors.
More than 50 railway passengers enthusiastically participated in the programme, sharing their grievances and offering valuable suggestions to the railway authorities.
ADRM Bura issued necessary instructions to railway staff for the immediate resolution of passengers’ complaints. Several other complaints and suggestions were also noted, and the passengers were assured that appropriate action would be taken.
