Udaipur, March 18, 2025 - Indian Railways is planning to introduce two new Vande Bharat Express trains for North Western Railways (NWR). One train will run between Bikaner and Delhi, while the second will operate between Jaipur and Jodhpur.
Captain Shashi Kiran, Chief Public Relations Officer (PRO), NWR, said, "We are working to provide better connectivity for passengers. Hopefully, after the railway ministry's approval, these two new trains will be added soon."
The first proposed train will directly connect Bikaner to Delhi via Churu, Ratangarh, and Loharu. According to the provisional schedule, the train will:
Depart from Bikaner at 5:55 AM and reach Delhi by 12:15 PM.
Depart from Delhi at 4:30 PM and arrive in Bikaner at 10:50 PM.
This service will reduce travel time to 6 hours and 20 minutes, saving around 90 minutes.
NWR is also planning another Vande Bharat Express between Jaipur and Jodhpur via Ajmer. Authorities are considering two route options:
Jaipur to Jodhpur
Jodhpur to Delhi via Jaipur
The plan is in its final stage, and the railway board will finalize the route soon.

The new trains will further improve connectivity in Rajasthan and Delhi.
