Senior Citizen Pilgrimage Application Open Till Aug 10

Udaipur, July 18, 2025 - The online application process for the State Government’s Senior Citizen Pilgrimage Scheme 2025 has begun from Friday July 18. This process, which will continue until August 10, is open to senior citizens who have been waiting for the opportunity for the past year.

The State Government has set a target of sending 50,000 senior citizens on pilgrimage this year. Travel arrangements will be made accordingly.

As per the 2025-26 budget announcement, 50,000 senior citizens across the State will be taken on pilgrimage by train and 6,000 will travel by air.

The application process for the pilgrimage will be entirely online. After the deadline, a lottery system will be used to select the travellers.

This selection process will be completed by the district-level committees.
