Special Pilgrimage Train to Depart from Udaipur on September 20

The train will depart from Rana Pratap Nagar Railway Station

Under the Senior Citizen Pilgrimage Scheme 2024, a special train organized by the Devasthan Department will depart from Rana Pratap Nagar Railway Station in Udaipur on September 20 at 12:30 PM. This train will take passengers to Ayodhya, Haridwar, and Rishikesh.

A total of 780 passengers will board the train. Out of these, 580 will depart from Rana Pratap Nagar (Udaipur), 100 from Kota Junction, and 100 from Sawai Madhopur Railway Station.

Passengers from Udaipur and Rishabhdev divisions must report to Rana Pratap Nagar Station by 8:00 AM. Those from Kota division must report to Kota Junction by 2:00 PM, while passengers from Bharatpur division should be at Bharatpur Railway Station by 4:00 PM.

Facilities To Be Provided

To ensure proper care during the journey, one train-in-charge and two government employees will be assigned to each coach. A doctor and two nursing officers will also be on board for medical assistance.

Passengers are also advised to bring their daily necessities, including essential medicines, cash, and clothes. The Devasthan Department will provide free accommodation, meals, and other services for up to seven days during the journey.

Documents Needed

It is mandatory for each passenger to bring a hard copy of the online filled application form, a certified medical certificate, their original Jan Aadhaar or Aadhaar card, and two passport-size photos.
