Mavli-Marwar trains have stopped operating from Saturday night. Operation of these local night trains between these 2 points has been stopped for an indefinite period.

The night trains were stopped suddenly though no mishap ever took place on this route. Trains 59073 and 59074 were convenient trains and public frequented these trains for Jodhpur. Since this was local train, the fare was also less and extremely convenient on pocket.

The train used to leave Mavli at 8 p.m. and reach Marwar junction at 2:30 a.m. Then from there it used to leave at 3 a.m. and reach Mavli at 11 a.m. Public from Charbhuja, Lava Sardargarh, Devgarh and Khamli Ghat is extremely dissatisfied since their travel to Jodhpur is now disrupted.

Railway board instructed to stop these trains between Mavli and Marwar. No reason has yet been given for this action. Even the period for this has not yet been specified.
