Surat-Udaipur Vande Bharat Inaugural Train on Oct 2
The inaugural special train will depart from Surat at 10:00 am on October 2 and arrive at the Udaipur City railway station at 5:40 pm
UdaipurTimes, Oct 1, 2026 - The inaugural special train of the Surat–Udaipur City–Surat Vande Bharat Express is scheduled to depart from Surat at 10:00 am on Friday, October 2, 2026, and arrive at the Udaipur City railway station at 5:40 pm. This information was shared by Amit Sudarshan, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway. The inaugural special service will consist of an 8-coach Vande Bharat rake.
After the inaugural special service, the train will operate regularly from October 3, 2026, as Train Nos. 26903/26904, on six days a week, except Tuesdays.
Train No. 26904, Udaipur City–Surat Vande Bharat Express will depart from Udaipur City at 3:35 pm and arrive at Surat at 11:00 pm.
Train No. 26903, Surat–Udaipur City Vande Bharat Express will commence regular operations from October 4. It will depart from Surat at 6:10 am and arrive at Udaipur City at 1:40 pm.
The regular service will halt in both directions at Bharuch, Vadodara, Anand, Maninagar, Asarva, Himmatnagar, Shamlaji Road, Dungarpur and Jawar stations. It will also comprise an 8-coach Vande Bharat rake.
It may be noted that the operation of Train Nos. 26963/26964 Udaipur City–Asarva–Udaipur City Vande Bharat Express will be discontinued from October 2, 2026.
