Timings of Major Tourist Spots in Udaipur Extended till Jan 5
Udaipur district administration extends visiting hours of Saheliyon Ki Bari, Sajjangarh Fort and Biological Park from Dec 25 to Jan 5 to ease tourist rush
Udaipur, Dec 25, 2025 - In view of the winter vacation period and the increasing influx of tourists in the district, the Udaipur district administration has announced a temporary extension of visiting hours at major tourist attractions from December 25 to January 5.
Additional District Collector Jitendra Ojha informed that, as per the directions of the District Collector, Saheliyon Ki Bari will now remain open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, instead of the earlier timing of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Similarly, the visiting hours of Sajjangarh Fort have been revised to 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, whereas earlier it was open from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. The Sajjangarh Biological Park will also now be accessible to tourists from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, instead of the previous timing of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Tourists have been requested to adhere to the prescribed timings and cooperate with the guidelines issued by the administration.
