Alert: Train Diversions in Sept-Oct 2026
Owing to redevelopment work by West Central Railway at Platform No. 3 of Kota Railway Station, a traffic block is being taken
UdaipurTimes, Sept 29, 2026 - Owing to redevelopment work being carried out by West Central Railway at Platform No. 3 of Kota Railway Station, a traffic block is being taken. As a result of this, the following train services will be affected in September-October, 2026, according to Amit Sudarshan, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway.
Train No. 14814, Bhopal–Jodhpur: From September 29 to October 18, the train departing from Bhopal will operate via the diverted route Sogaria–Kota C Cabin–Gudla. Owing to route diversion, the train will not halt at Kota station. Instead, it will make a temporary halt at Sogaria station, arriving at 2:10 am and departing at 2:20 am.
Train No. 14813, Jodhpur–Bhopal: From September 29 to October 18, the train departing from Jodhpur will operate via the diverted route Gudla–Kota C Cabin–Sogaria. Owing to the route diversion, the train will not halt at Kota station. Instead, it will make a temporary halt at Sogaria station, arriving at 11:30 pm and departing at 11:40 pm.
Train No. 12181, Jabalpur–Ajmer: From September 29 to October 17, the train departing from Jabalpur will operate via the diverted route Sogaria–Kota C Cabin–Gudla. Owing to the route diversion, the train will not halt at Kota station. Instead, it will make a temporary halt at Sogaria station, arriving at 6:35 am and departing at 6:45 am.
Train No. 12182, Ajmer–Jabalpur: From September 29 to October 18, the train departing from Ajmer will operate via the diverted route Gudla–Kota C Cabin–Sogaria. Owing to the route diversion, the train will not halt at Kota station. Instead, it will make a temporary halt at Sogaria station, arriving at 9:50 pm and departing at 10:00 pm.
