TripAdvisor, the renowned online travel portal, has announced its Travelers Choice Awards for the year 2024, recognizing the top 25 hotels across the country. These rankings are based on reviews from travelers, highlighting these lakeside five-star hotels as the best of the best in India. 

Three hotels from Udaipur, Rajasthan, have clinched coveted spots on this prestigious list. Trident secures the 10th position, with The Leela Palace and The Oberoi Udaivilas following closely at 18th and 19th places, respectively.

Deputy Director of the Tourism Department Shikha Saxena, highlighted Udaipur's hotels for their exceptional hospitality and prioritization of tourist comfort. Visitors who stay in Udaipur's hotels often have memorable experiences, which spreads positive word-of-mouth and boosts tourism in the region.

Their acclaim stems from hosting high-profile events like celebrity weddings and international summits, such as the G-20 Sherpa meeting. Renowned for their hospitality, heritage appeal, and culinary excellence, these hotels were praised by TripAdvisor for meeting the highest standards of service, comfort, and amenities.
