Udaipur, February 11, 2025 - Turkey recorded 62.2 million visitors in 2024, marking a 9.8% increase compared to last year. The country also saw a 20.3% rise from pre-pandemic levels in 2019.

India played a key role in this growth, with a 20.7% increase in Indian visitors in 2024. The rise is due to better air connectivity, increasing Indian weddings, MICE events, and strong marketing efforts.

While Russia, Germany, and the UK remain Turkey’s top sources of tourists, visitors from China surged by 65.1% and the USA recorded an 8.1% rise.
