The Tribal Area Development (TAD) Department has granted administrative and financial approvals for two new road construction projects in Udaipur district. These new roads aim to improve connectivity and ease transportation for residents in the specified areas.
New Road from Surana to Kaleshwar Mahadev
TAD Commissioner Pragya Kewalramani announced that a financial sanction of Rs. 59.90 lakh has been issued for a 1.25 km road construction from Surana to Kaleshwar Mahadev in the Girwa Panchayat area, specifically under Bachhar Gram Panchayat.
Kaleshwar Mahadev – A Popular Tourist Spot
Kaleshwar Mahadev, located near Udaipur, is a well-known tourist attraction. The site draws both locals and visitors, especially during the monsoon season, to enjoy the scenic views.
Internal Roads at Eklavya Model Residential School
In addition, the TAD Department has approved Rs. 42.89 lakh for constructing internal roads at the Eklavya Model Residential School, situated under the Kotda Panchayat area.
These projects are expected to provide smoother transportation and enhanced access for residents and tourists alike.
