Two Udaipur Trains to Get Extra Temporary Coaches in September
Udaipur trains to Jaipur and Asarva will get one additional General Class coach from September 1 to October 1
Udaipur, August 28, 2026 - Indian Railways will be increasing coaches on several train services to cope with the expected passenger rush in September. As per information shared by Amit Sudarshan, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, additional coaches of different classes will be attached to 47 pairs of train services for specified periods. This move will involve a temporary increase of 132 coaches.
Two trains originating from Udaipur will also get additional temporary coaches. These are:
Train No. 20993/20994 Jaipur–Udaipur City–Jaipur Superfast Express: One General Class coach will be added from Jaipur from September 1 to September 30, 2026, and one from Udaipur City from September 2 to October 1, 2026.
Train No. 20987/20988 Udaipur City–Asarva–Udaipur City Express: One General Class coach will be added from Udaipur City from September 1 to September 30, 2026, and one from Asarva from September 2 to October 1, 2026.
