Explore Udaipur in 6 Days – Rajasthan Tourism Launches Monsoon Map 2025
Udaipur, Aug 28, 2025: Visitors to Udaipur this year will have access to a heterogenous comprehensive map of places to visit during their trip to Udaipur. The Department of Tourism has developed a 6-day travel itnerary, which outlines a day wise "places to visit" plan. Such an itnerary has been designed district wise for the entire state of Rajasthan. This is a part of the online marketing plan of the Tourism department, to enhance tourist footfall in Udaipur as well as streamline the places of interest in one section.
The plan for Udaipur covers lakes, forts, gardens, villages, forest areas, valleys, tribal culture, temples, etc. Though the rains showered intermittently in Udaipur, the lakes are now full to the brim and ready to welcome and delight the tourists that are arriving and will arrive in throes till the first quarter of next year.
The Udaipur 6-Day Plan:
- Day 1: City Palace, Saheliyon ki Badi, Neemuchmata Mandir, Ropeway, Fatehsagar Lake, Badi Lake, Bahubali Hills.
- Day 2: Karni Mata Ropeway, Boating in Pichhola Lake, Dudh Talai, Gulab Bagh, Jal Burj, Sajjangarh Fort.
- Day 3: Ubeshwarji, Alsigarh Village, Rayta Hills.
- Day 4: Haldighati, Kumbhalgarh.
- Day 5: Valley of Flowers, Mewar Biodiversity Park, Purohito ka Talaab, Eklingji Temple.
- Day 6: Kewda ki Naal, Jaisamand lake, Ambika Temple, Baghdarra Crocodile Reserve.
