Udaipur’s Maharana Pratap Airport, which sees the highest number of passengers every month, has dropped in ranking in a recent customer satisfaction survey. The Airport Authority of India conducts this survey twice a year, assessing service quality across airports.
In the survey conducted from January to June 2024, Udaipur Airport slipped from its previous 2nd position to 8th place in terms of customer satisfaction.
The survey evaluated factors such as parking facilities, staff behavior, cleanliness, food services, flight information screens, baggage delivery speed, and the efficiency of check-in staff. Amenities like banks, ATMs, and restaurants were also considered.
The survey covered a total of 56 airports across the country. Udaipur received 4.81 points, sharing the 8th spot with Dehradun, Gorakhpur, and Prayagraj.
