Udaipur Airport Update: South India and International Connectivity Enhanced
Air India Express will begin its maiden flights to Delhi and Bengaluru
Udaipur, Sept 30, 2025: The enhancement to air connectivity of Udaipur with international airports in India continues with Air India Express joining the airline options that Udaipur has to offer.
The airline will begin their maiden flights from Udaipur, which include 1 flight to New Delhi and 1 to Bengaluru from November 1, 2025. Currently there are 5 flights between Delhi and Udaipur and just 1 flights between Bengaluru and Udaipur. In addition to ensuring enhanced domestic connectivity, the addition of Air India Express will also ensure that people can book connecting flights directly to the Dubai and Singapore circuit, which is served by Air India Express.
Flight Schedule
Udaipur - Delhi
- Departure from Delhi at 06:55am and landing Udaipur at 08:25am
- Departure from Udaipur at 08:55am and landing at Delhi 10:25am
Udaipur - Bengaluru
- Departure from Bengaluru at 07:40am and landing Udaipur at 10:10am
- Departure from Udaipur at 10:40am and landing Bengaluru at 01:00pm
This move will also serve as a key test for Udaipur Airport’s potential for international operations. Authorities are keen to gauge passenger traction, as strong numbers could accelerate Udaipur’s promotion to an international airport, with the Middle East and Singapore identified as primary international targets.
With this expansion, Udaipur is poised to strengthen its position as a well-connected hub for both business and tourism, bringing the City of Lakes closer to major domestic and international destinations.
