Udaipur, January 1, 2025 - The railway administration will implement a new train timetable starting January 1, 2025. Changes have been made to the operational timings of trains at various stations. With an increase in the average speed of trains, passengers can expect significant time savings.

Under the new timetable effective from January 1, 2025, the arrival and departure timings of trains at several stations will be partially adjusted. Additionally, similar changes will apply to the schedules of various rail services at these stations.

Following Trains to be Speeded Up

1. Train number 19703, Udaipur City-Asarwa rail service, will save 5 minutes in operation time.
2. Train number 19704, Asarwa-Udaipur City rail service, will save 10 minutes in operation time.
3. Train number 19327, Ratlam-Udaipur City rail service, will save 5 minutes in operation time.
4. Train number 19606, Udaipur City-Madar rail service, will save 10 minutes in operation time.
5. Train number 09544, Chittorgarh-Asarwa rail service, will save 10 minutes in operation time. 
6. Train number 13423, Bhagalpur-Ajmer rail service, will save 10 minutes in operation time.
7. Train number 20497, Rameswaram-Firozpur rail service, will save 10 minutes in operation time.
8. Train number 09438, Abu Road-Mehsana rail service, will save 5 minutes in operation time.
9. Train number 12548, Sabarmati-Agra Cantt rail service, will save 5 minutes in operation time.
10. Train number 12984, Chandigarh-Ajmer rail service, will save 5 minutes in operation time.
11. Train number 12987, Sealdah-Ajmer rail service, will save 5 minutes in operation time.
12. Train number 19402, Lucknow-Sabarmati rail service, will save 5 minutes in operation time.
13. Train number 22548, Sabarmati-Gwalior rail service, will save 5 minutes in operation time.

Train Services Operating Under New Numbers

1. Train number 19703, Udaipur City-Asarwa Express rail service, will operate under the new number 20987, Udaipur City-Asarwa Express, starting from January 1, 2025.
2. Train number 19704, Asarwa-Udaipur City Express rail service, will operate under the new number 20988, Asarwa-Udaipur City Express, starting from January 1, 2025.
3. Train number 82653, Yeshvantpur-Jaipur Express rail service, will operate under the new number 20667, Yeshvantpur-Jaipur Express, starting from January 10, 2025.
4. Train number 82654, Jaipur-Yeshvantpur Express rail service, will operate under the new number 20668, Jaipur-Yeshvantpur Express, starting from January 12, 2025.
5. Train number 19407, Sabarmati-Varanasi Express rail service, will operate under the new number 20963, Sabarmati-Varanasi Express, starting from January 2, 2025.

Special Number Trains to Switch to Regular Numbers from Jan 1, 2025

1. Train number 09601/09602, Udaipur-Chittorgarh-Udaipur Special rail service, will now operate as regular train numbers 59609/59610, Udaipur-Chittorgarh-Udaipur rail service.
2. Train number 09611/09612, Udaipur-Badi Sadri-Udaipur Special rail service, will now operate as regular train numbers 59605/59606, Udaipur-Badi Sadri-Udaipur rail service.
3. Train number 09613/09614, Udaipur-Badi Sadri-Udaipur Special rail service, will now operate as regular train numbers 59607/59608, Udaipur-Badi Sadri-Udaipur rail service.
4. Train number 09605/09606, Ajmer-Gangapur City-Ajmer Special rail service, will now operate as regular train numbers 79601/79602, Ajmer-Gangapur City-Ajmer rail service.
5. Train number 09607/09608, Ajmer-Pushkar Terminus-Ajmer Special rail service, will now operate as regular train numbers 59603/59604, Ajmer-Pushkar Terminus-Ajmer rail service.
6. Train number 09615/09616, Ajmer-Marwar Junction-Ajmer Special rail service, will now operate as regular train numbers 59601/59602, Ajmer-Marwar Junction-Ajmer rail service.
7. Train number 09695/09696, Marwar Junction-Khamli Ghat-Marwar Junction Special rail service, will now operate as regular train numbers 52075/52076, Marwar Junction-Khamli Ghat-Marwar Junction rail service.

Express to Superfast Train 

1. Train number 19703, Udaipur City-Asarwa Express rail service, will operate as train number 20987, Udaipur City-Asarwa Superfast Express, from January 1, 2025.
2. Train number 19704, Asarwa-Udaipur City Express rail service, will operate as train number 20988, Asarwa-Udaipur City Superfast Express, from January 1, 2025.
3. Train number 19407, Sabarmati-Varanasi Express rail service, will operate as train number 20963, Sabarmati-Varanasi Superfast Express, from January 2, 2025.
4. Train number 19408, Varanasi-Sabarmati Express rail service, will operate as train number 20964, Varanasi-Sabarmati Superfast Express, from January 4, 2025.

Train Services Converted from Express to Humsafar Services

1. Train number 13423, Bhagalpur-Ajmer Express rail service, will operate as train number 13423, Bhagalpur-Ajmer Humsafar Express, from March 6, 2025.
2. Train number 13424, Ajmer-Bhagalpur Express rail service, will operate as train number 13424, Ajmer-Bhagalpur Humsafar Express, from January 1, 2025.
