Udaipur, December 4,2024 - A meeting was held on Tuesday, December 3,2024 at the Forest Department office, Chetak Circle, to finalize the schedule for the four-day Bird Festival. The event will begin on January 16, 2024. The Bird Festival will conclude on January 19.

Day 1: Bird Race

On January 16, the festival will start with a Bird Race. The activity will run from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, focusing on birdwatching around water bodies within a 50-kilometer radius of Udaipur.

Day 2: Inauguration Ceremony

The inauguration ceremony will take place on January 17 at Golden Park, Sisarma.

Day 3: Field Visits

On January 18, participants will visit various reservoirs. Teams will follow specific routes from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM to observe birds.

The locations include Kishan Kareri Pond, Barwai, Rundera, Menar, Kheroda, Chirwa, Nathdwara, Rajyawas, Richhed, Mangalwad, Nangawali, Vallabhnagar, Piladar, Chavand, Bhopalsagar, Dindoli, and Kapasan.
