Aug 13, 2025 - Non-interlocking work is being carried out for yard remodelling at Shalimar station under the Kharagpur Division of South Eastern Railway. According to Shashi Kiran, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, the following Udaipur City–Shalimar–Udaipur City train services will remain cancelled in November owing to this work:

Train No. 20971, Udaipur City-Shalimar, will remain cancelled on November 15, 2025.
Train No. 20972, Shalimar-Udaipur City, will remain cancelled on November 16, 2025.
