Udaipur, April 30, 2025 – Indian Railways has extended the operations of the Udaipur City-Forbesganj Weekly Special Train service by four additional trips in view of increased traffic on this route.

According to Shashi Kiran, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, the train service will be as follows:

Train number 09623 Udaipur City-Forbesganj Weekly Special will do four trips from May 6 to May 27, 2025. Departure time every Tuesday from Udaipur City at 16:05; reaching Jaipur at 23:10; departing from Jaipur at 23:20 and arriving at Forbesganj on Thursday at 05:30 hours.

Similarly, train number 09624 Forbesganj-Udaipur City Weekly Special will do four trips from May 8 to May 29, 2025. Departure time every Thursday from Forbesganj at 09:00; reaching Jaipur the next day at 14:55; departing at 15:05 and arriving at Udaipur City on Saturday at 00:40 hours.

En route this train service will halt at the following stations: Rana Pratap Nagar, Mavli, Chittorgarh (Chanderiya), Bhilwara, Bijainagar, Nasirabad, Ajmer, Kishangarh, Jaipur, Bandikui, Bharatpur, Idgah, Tundla, Etawah, Kanpur Central, Prayagraj, Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Buxar, Arrah, Danapur, Patliputra, Hajipur, Barauni, Begusarai, Kacheguda, Naugachia, Katihar, Purnia, Araria Court,and Araria.

There will be a total of 16 coaches, including one Second AC, three Third AC, one Third AC Economy, five Sleeper Class, four General Class coaches, one Power Car and one Guard Coach.
