Alliance Air and Vistara have expanded their flight services to meet the rising demand for travel during the summer season. These additions aim to facilitate passengers' travel plans and capitalize on the anticipated surge in passenger traffic.
Alliance Air Adds Udaipur-Delhi Flights
Alliance Air has commenced additional flights between Udaipur and Delhi, catering to the seasonal demand. This move comes in the wake of Vistara's recent introduction of extra flights on the Bangalore route. With this expansion, the total number of flights between Udaipur and Delhi has now increased to 7, up from the previous 6.
Tourism entrepreneur Ashok Joshi revealed that Alliance Air has initiated extra flights from Udaipur to Delhi starting April 25. These flights are scheduled to operate thrice a week, specifically on every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
The summer schedule at Maharana Pratap Airport, implemented from March 31 to October 26, has witnessed an increase in flight operations. Previously offering 21 flights servicing 8 cities, the schedule now boasts 22 flights. Among these, Delhi enjoys the highest connectivity with 7 flights, followed by Mumbai with 5 flights. Bangalore's connectivity has risen to 4 flights, while Ahmedabad and Jaipur each receive 2 flights. Bhopal, Indore, and Hyderabad are served by 1 flight each.
The proactive steps taken by airlines to expand flight services align with the upcoming summer holidays, providing travellers with more options and convenience. This surge in flight operations is expected to benefit both passengers and airlines alike, fostering smoother travel experiences during the busy season.
