Remodeling and installation activities involving non-interlocking blocks are currently underway at Gorakhpur railway station in Uttar Pradesh. These operations have had an impact on rail services in Udaipur. Specifically, a train that usually runs from Udaipur to Guwahati has been rerouted, and another train has been canceled. Captain Shashi Kiran, the Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, has noted that certain trains operating on the North Western Railway network will experience disruptions due to these ongoing works.

The train with number 05615, scheduled to depart from Udaipur city on August 9, will be en route to Guwahati. Its journey will take it through the cities of Lucknow, Varanasi, and Chapra, ultimately arriving at its destination in Guwahati.

Train number 05616, which operates from Guwahati to Udaipur, will not be in service on the dates 13, 20, and 27 August 2023. Conversely, train number 05615, running from Udaipur City to Guwahati, will be suspended on the 16, 23, and 30 of August 2023.
