Udaipur, March 13, 2025 - Indian Railways has introduced a tri-weekly special train service on the Agra Cantt-Asarwa-Agra Cantt route via Udaipur. This service is being operated to provide convenience to passengers during the Holi festival. The train will have a total of 24 coaches, including 1 second AC coach, 3 third AC coaches, 10 sleeper class coaches, 8 general class coaches, and 2 guard coaches.
The special train will run three times a week, ensuring better connectivity between Agra, Udaipur, and Asarwa. Passengers traveling during Holi can benefit from this service for a comfortable journey.
According to Captain Shashi Kiran, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, train number 04169, the Agra Cantt-Asarwa tri-weekly special train service, will run from March 15, 2025, to March 31, 2025 (08 trips). It will depart from Agra Cantt on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays at 13:30 hrs and will reach Asarwa at 05:45 hrs on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
Similarly, train number 04170, the Asarwa-Agra Cantt tri-weekly special train service, will operate from March 16, 2025, to April 1, 2025 (8 trips). It will depart from Asarwa on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays at 09:15 hrs and will reach Agra Cantt at 02:30 hrs on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Mondays.
This train service will halt at Fatehpur Sikri, Bayana, Gangapur City, Sawai Madhopur, Keshoraipatan, Bundi, Mandalgarh, Chanderiya, Mavli, Udaipur City, Jawar, Dungarpur, and Himmatnagar stations along the route.
