The wait for Udaipur’s direct connectivity with holy city Haridwar is set to end with the first train from Udaipur to Haridwar planned to start from 24-July. A train with 20-racks reached Udaipur last night for the same.

The 20-rack train will have 3 general coach, 12 sleeper coachs, 1 second ac coach, 2 third ac coaches and one SLR coach each at front and back. The train is expected to take the route via Chittorgarh, Ajmer. The exact schedule is expected to come shortly and reservations also set to begin. Reservations had not yet started till the time of writing this article.

Work on rack maintenance will start tomorrow. Outside that all the other preparations are in place and we will soon have a direct connectivity with Haridwar.
