Indian Railways announces Udaipur–Asansol weekly special train on April 21 and Madar–Howrah summer specials; check timings, routes, stoppages, and coach details
Udaipur, April 20, 2026 - Considering the increased passenger rush during the summer vacation, Indian Railways has announced the operation of special train services. These include Madar–Howrah–Madar Weekly Special (two trips) and Udaipur City–Asansol–Udaipur City Weekly Special (one trip). This information was shared by North Western Railway Chief Public Relations Officer Amit Sudarshan.
Udaipur–Asansol Weekly Special (1 Trip)
Train No. 09623 Udaipur City–Asansol Weekly Special: April 21, 2026, (Tuesday)
- Departure from Udaipur City: 22:30 hrs
- Arrival at Jaipur: 06:30 hrs (Wednesday)
- Departure from Jaipur: 06:40 hrs
- Arrival at Asansol: 07:15 hrs (Thursday)
Train No. 09624 Asansol–Udaipur City: April 23, 2026, (Thursday)
- Departure from Asansol: 09:00 hrs
- Arrival at Jaipur: 06:20 hrs (Friday)
- Departure from Jaipur: 06:30 hrs
- Arrival at Udaipur City: 14:30 hrs
Major stoppages will be Rana Pratap Nagar, Mavli, Bhilwara, Bijainagar, Nasirabad, Ajmer, Kishangarh, Jaipur, Bandikui, Bharatpur, Idgah, Tundla, Etawah, Govindpuri, Subedarganj, Mirzapur, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Gaya, Koderma, Dhanbad, Sitarampur.
Coach composition will be a total of 22 - 2 Second AC, 6 Third AC, 2 Third AC Economy, 6 Sleeper, 4 General and 2 Guard coaches.
Madar–Howrah Weekly Special (2 Trips)
Train No. 09603 Madar–Howrah: April 21 & April 28, 2026, (Tuesdays)
- Departure from Madar: 06:40 hrs
- Arrival at Howrah: 16:20 hrs (Wednesday)
Train No. 09604 Howrah–Madar: April 22 & April 29, 2026. (Wednesdays)
- Departure from Howrah: 18:50 hrs
- Arrival at Madar: 23:55 hrs (Thursday)
Major stoppages will be Kishangarh, Jaipur, Bandikui, Bharatpur, Idgah, Tundla, Etawah, Govindpuri, Subedarganj, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction, Gaya, Parasnath, Asansol, Durgapur, Bardhaman.
Coach composition will be a total of 20 - 2 Second AC, 5 Third AC, 7 Sleeper, 4 General and 2 Guard coaches.
