Udaipur Municipal Corporation has launched an initiative for promoting both tourism and e-auto rickshaw in Udaipur. As part of that UMC is offering full day authorized sightseeing for Rs 800/-.

The sightseeing will be conducted in an electric auto rickshaw. The ride starts at Shahid Smarak (near Town Hall) and takes the tourists to places of interest in Udaipur including Gulab Bagh, Dudh Talai, Maniklal Verma garden, Rope way, Pichola boat ride, City palace, Jagdish Temple, Gangaur ghat, Bagore ki Haveli, Biological Park – Sajjangarh, Fateh Sagar Lake, Moti Magri, Rajiv Gandhi Garden, Shilpgra, Pratap Gaurav Kendra, Saheliyon ki Bari, Sukhadia Circle and Lok Kala Mandal. Tourists need to give their preferences from these places subject to timing.

The full day sightseeing starts at 10:00 am and ends at 6:00pm. For every additional hour, Rs 100 will be charged.

The auto rickshaws have a heritage look and are attractively designed. The drivers are well trained and uniformed.
