To enhance passenger convenience and connect key tourist destinations, the Indian Railways has introduced a new tri-weekly Vande Bharat Superfast train service between Udaipur City and Agra Cantt.

Captain Shashi Kiran, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, announced the launch of this service, emphasizing its role in improving connectivity for tourists and locals alike. This initiative is expected to provide a significant boost to tourism in the region while offering a faster and more comfortable travel option for passengers.

Note: Due to the operation of the new tri-weekly Vande Bharat Superfast train service on the Udaipur City-Agra Cantt-Udaipur City route, the Udaipur City-Jaipur-Udaipur City Vande Bharat Superfast train service will be operated three days a week (Wednesday, Friday, Sunday) instead of six days a week from 01.09.2024. This means that on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday, the Udaipur City-Jaipur-Udaipur City train service will be permanently cancelled.
