It is festive season and the trains are completely packed. This happens every year as people travel during this vacation and school children look forward to a good break. Now that the trains are packed, public can opt for flights to travel to their desired destination.

It has been informed that Udaipur will have 25 flights to 11 destinations which will begin with Diwali, the festival of lights. Prior to this, the AI flight leaving from Udaipur to Jaipur will fly on 14^th October and 21^st October. This flight AI-686 presently takes off thrice a week i.e. Wednesday, Friday and Sunday but since there are plenty of seats available on 14^th and 21^st October, it will operate on these 2 Mondays as well.

As per the new winter schedule, 3 flights have been added for Delhi sector but 1 flight has been reduced for Mumbai sector. The winter flights will operate from 27^th October, 2019 to 28^th March, 2020. Indigo flights 6E-2148 and 6E-2197 will operate from 3^rd November, 2019 until 15^th March, 2020. Air India will operate on Aurangabad sector from Udaipur. This flight is likely to commence operations from 16^th October.

There will be 10 flights from Udaipur to Delhi, 5 from Udaipur to Mumbai, 3 flights from Udaipur to Jaipur, and 1 flight each from Udaipur to Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Surat, Ahmedabad and Aurangabad.

The festive season in Udaipur attracts a lot of tourists, both domestic and international. The increased flight segments will have quite a positive impact and this will also give a rise to tourism graph in Udaipur.
