Hotel Baba Palace was established by Mr. Bhagvan Vishnav in the year 2003. This hotel is opposite to Jagdish Temple and maintains 4 standards, 8 deluxe and 5 luxurious rooms with Jharokhas and Swings in the balconies. With two and a half star critics rating this hotel gives royal contentment.
Location benefit:
The key benefit to stay here is its location. Most of the sightseeing of the city can be done by walk. Travel destinations like Jagdish temple, City Palace, Ganghore Ghat, Baghore ki Haweli are all in the range of ½ km from this place. It is 1.5 KM from bus stand, 2 KM from railway station and 21 KM from airport.
Relatively spacious, albeit with smallish bathrooms, the white-walled rooms offer beds on the softer side and are spiced with traditional art. Get a west-facing room and you can witness directly, and in detail, all the goings-on in the Indo-Aryan carved Jagdish temple. A southeast-facing spot will set you up for a look at the beautiful City Palace.
The deluxe and luxurious rooms are quit spacious. Well furnished rooms with A.C., television and telephone in all of them and the luxurious rooms have a mini bar and a swing too.

Monthly or fortnightly they organize a cultural evening having folk dances and folk singing for all the guests. The daily evening show features James Bond’s “Octopussy” which was shot in Udaipur depicting beauty of the place.
Roof Top Restaurant:
Overlooking the City Palace and Jagdish Temple is the Mayur Café, which serves Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes to its diners. Operational since 1985 this restaurant has Indian food and coffee as its specialty. The café has both open cozy area and an AC dining hall space for its guests. Romantic view, lights of the city and gentle music can make your evening delightful.
