A man’s body was found in empty water tank outside his residence. The man’s death seems suspicious as his family members had locked him up inside a room since he was highly drunk.

The family members of Inder Singh were agitated with his habit of consuming liquor. They locked him up in a room when he started a fight with them in drunken state. Reportedly, the family members went to police station to complain against him. Meanwhile he tried to sneak out of the room by breaking the window pane. He cut his hand in the process and there was blood all over the room. By the time his family members reached home, he had escaped from home. The family found his body in the empty water tank the next morning. FSL team collected samples for further investigation on the basis of suspicion. Body of the man was handed over to the family after post-mortem.

As per family’s report, Mohan Singh has 4 sons and Inder was one of them. 2 of his sons work in Mumbai and one was away to his grand parents’ house. Inder was the youngest of all. He had an argument with his sister-in-law over some issue. He also misbehaved with the ladies of the house when they tried to intervene to sort out the matter. As a result, the ladies made all possible efforts and locked him up in a room and then went to register a complaint with the police.

As per police, the matter seems quite suspicious since the body was found in the water tank. Investigations are on in this matter.
