Circuit house at Udaipur is set for a major revamp and expansion after a gap of over 20 years. 22 new rooms are being planned in the renovation plan.

The 22 new rooms include 5 Studios, 3 VIP Suites and 14 other rooms. With this the total number of rooms in the circuit house will go up from 30 to 52 rooms.

PWD has prepared an estimation plan for the same. A total expenditure of Rs 13 Crores is envisaged in the process.

As per the proposal, 5 studio flats will be constructed. This is the first time that our circuit house will have studio flats. Each studio flat will have a drawing room, dressing room, bed room and other essentials.
