The fourth day today of Murari bapu in Nathdwara was another religious chapter in the Ramkatha session led by Murari Bapu himself. To witness Murari Bapu reciting the Katha, Hema Malini, Bollywood Actress and Kailash Kher, Singer came to Nathdwara today.

“I am not an Avatar, but a simple human who tries to reduce the distance between God and devotees via Ram Katha”, said Murari Bapu while he addressed a crowd of approximately 7,000.

The reciting of Murari Bapu started with Shankhnaad and Hanuman Chalisa.  Bapu described the birth of Lord Rama and significance and incidents related to it. He also recited phases of conversation between Rama and Kaushalya.

Murari bapu praised the performance of Sangita Seth on Monday night where she sung some Sufi songs and also admired how she justified the compositions of Aamir Khusro in her Sufiyana style.

Hema Malini and Kailash Kher came on stage to take blessings from Bapu and also presented him flowers. “He is his (Lord’s) messenger and we are lucky enough to be witnessing him reciting the Katha, this itself is a big thing to be”, said Kailash Kher.

“The whole nation is ever eager to hear Katha by Bapu, and so do I. Infact, I believe, Lord Rama himself may be present to hear how Bapu recites Ram Katha”, said Hema Malini.
