Upadhya Pushkar muni struggled hard to give a new direction to the society. He was a great personality who spread the message of love, peace and brotherhood across the whole world.  Today we are indebted to him f or the inspiration he gave us.

These views were expressed by Rastrasant Ghaneshmuni Shastri on the occasion of the 103^rd birth anniversary of Vishwasant Gurudev Pushkar Muni at a function organized jointly by the Devendra Muni Shikshan, Chikitsa Shod Sansthan and Shree Tarak Guru Jain Granthalaya, Udaipur on Sunday 21st Oct.

Ganesh Muni said that Pushkar Muni spread the message of Jain religion and philosophy all over the world.  It is due to his efforts that Jainism is flourishing and expanding.  He was a great believer in the power of Navkar Mantra.  He took all the teachings of Jainism to the masses.

During the function Shraman Sangeeya Salahkar, Dinesh Muni was conferred with the honorary degree of Sahityashree by Hindi Sahitya Sansthan, Allahabad for his contribution to society and his literary achievements.  He was given a Prashatri Patra by eminent authority Dr. Mahendra Bhanawat, Dr.Uday Chand Jain and Hukumi Chand Jain.
