Mirzya, the acting debut of Harshvardhan Kapoor and Saiyami Kher is being expect to project Udaipur palaces in a way like never before. The movie has been shot extensively at Shiv Niwas Palace, Jag Mandir Palace, Shikharbadi Palace.

If the trailer is anything to go by, the Rakeysh Mehra movie will give viewers a visual treat of Rajasthan. The movie has been extensively shot in  Jodhpur, Udaipur and the desert and dunes in Rajasthan.

Shiv Niwas palace, built in early 20th century during the reign of Maharana Fateh Singh, has been immaculately preserved for guests. It is one of the most beautiful and expensive palaces of Udaipur.

Jag Mandir, famously known as ‘Lake Garden Palace’, is a 15th century old palace. 1983 James Bond movie Octopussy was also shot at this palace. The only entry to this beautiful palace is through jetty.

Shikharbadi Palace offers breathtaking views of Aravalli Hills. It was once the resort of the royal family of Mewar.

Harshvardhan, son of bollywood star Anil Kapoor will be making his acting debut in the movie along with Saiyami Kher. The movie penned by Gulzar is an adaptation of a folklore and is set in Rajasthan in today’s time. The movie will release on Oct 7, 2016.
