The Annual general Meeting of Shepherd Memorial Church was held today morning in the Church premises at Chetak.

Parminas Mathew, Secretary, informed that “The financial expenditure and income of year 2010-11 was presented to members and also the budget for financial year 2012-13 was finalized”.

“Members were also elected for Pastor Committee including Aashih Massey, Samson Goodwin, Justin Martin, Johnson Joshua, Amit Hamison, Reema Williamson and Harvina Grace”.

The meeting which started at 11AM stretched till 5PM as the names of elected members were also declared today itself after an electoral decision.

The programs scheduled for future were also discussed in the meeting which was attended by nearly 150-200 members.
